Getting Started
If you are following this workshop at an AWS event, you AWS host may have already created an AWS account for you to use for the labs today. If that is the case, go to the Using Event Engine section on the left to access the console.
If you are running these labs in your own account you will need to deploy CloudFormation templates in your account to provision resources required for the labs. If you do this, make sure you follow the Cleaning Up section of each lab and that you delete the CloudFormation stack in order to avoid incurring on-going charges after you complete the lab.
As explained on the workshop home page, there are two different sets of labs that you can select from (or if time allows, you can run both). Each of these options have there own CloudFormation template, so navigate to the lab you want to run, and follow the Deploy CloudFormation Template section.
